***CLEAN ELECTRICITY AT HOME FOR HOPE***☀️
Thanks to a great donation, we were able to fulfill our dream of solar power in the project much earlier than expected! During our trip to Ghana in November, we had a conversation with a solar installer in the region and have now been able to implement this project. The solar cells currently supply the entire IT center and the library – this is the building in the project that consumes by far the most electricity. 🖥🖨The fact that we are no longer reliant on regular electricity here is not only good for the climate, but also makes us independent of the frequent power cuts. The plan is to supply the entire project with solar power in the near future. We are so happy to have finally taken this long-awaited step towards sustainability! 🌿
